We have developed an in-house app for your guests to use at your vacation rental. This app is provided by our tablets to be used for navigating the house rules easier, finding solutions to small issues, check-in option and simply exploring Naples to find the next adventure!

We work together with realtors and home owners.

Homelax does not work on commission. We do not make rental agreements or list vacation rentals. We are solely the property manager on the ground to assist with any issues that may arise.

How to get started

Below are three easy steps to get started with our vacation rental management.

Prepare Property

To ensure the smooth operation of our vacation rental service, please make sure your property is fully prepared for guests and provides all the necessary amenities and services expected of a host.

Deposit

As a property management company, we require a down payment of $500 to facilitate immediate service, address emergency calls, and cover expenses for repair services, including A/C and plumbing.

Start Service

Once your property is ready, we will start our service. Our plan operates on a monthly billing cycle. No contracts involved. Please schedule an appointment with us, allowing us to become familiar with your property.
