If you are experiencing issues with the ice-maker not generating new ice cubes, please make sure the handle is lifted downwards, the power button next to the ice maker is turned on or the ICE Button in front of the Fridge is turned on as well.
Please test if the water dispenser is working as well.
In some cases a new filter is required and is asking for replacement. Please contact the home watch if none of the options above have worked for you.
