The grill has been cleaned and sealed upon your arrival. Once the seal has been broken and you are unhappy with the condition of the grill, please let us know immediately and we will offer a new grill cleaning. 

If you proceed with the grilling, we are unable to offer a refund or free cleaning afterwards.
