Pool looks dirty or milky
Due to heavy usage (urine, hair, sweat, etc.) the pool can turn dirty / milky. Please notify us immediately and we will let the pool service company know.
In some cases the pool pump has stopped running. Please make sure it is running outside the house (you should hear the noise). It is supposed to be running from the morning to the afternoon.
