Pool is not heating

The American Red Cross recommends a maximum water temperature of 78°F [25°C]. Use an accurate pool thermometer. A difference of 4°F. [2°C] , between 78°F and 82°F [26°C and 28°C]

These are the following causes as to why the pool is not heating:

  • Not sufficent water level (Please refill with nearby hose)
  • The pool heater is not turned on (Check if display is lid up outside the house)
  • The pool heater was turned on right before your arrival (It can take 1-2 days for it to fully heat up)
  • If the house has a pool panel inside the house, please make sure the Pool Heater button is turned on as well.
  • The temperature may have dropped overnight due to colder temperatures. Please be patient for the pool to heat up again during the day.
