Before use:
Wash with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly
Save packaging for storage and safekecping.
Cooking:
Preheat grill to desired temperature.
Place mats flat on grill grate and then place food on top.
Do use medium or low heat.
Do use wood, plastic or silicone utensils
Do remove mat from grill when cooking is complete
DO NOT use at temperatures above 500F(260 C).
Prolonged high heat or direct flame may damage mat
DO NOT cut food or use sharp objects on mat
***PREVENT FLARE-UPS AND EXCESSIVE FLAMING***
DO NOT ALLOW GREASE TO POOL
I. Clean grill interior
2. Remove and clean all parts regularly: grease traps, grill grates, bumers, and flavorizer bars
3. Always preheat grill with lid closed for 20 minutes to ensure temperature setting is not
excessive
4. In case of grease fire, turn grill OFF and close grill hood
5. Avoid flare-ups and grease fires by trimming excess fat from meats
6. Avoid grilling more than 4 pieces of fatty meats (16 oz) per grill mat
7. Keep paper towel and tongs available to absorb and remove pooling oils
8. If your grill mat is accidentally damaged, contact the manufacturer for free replacement
Clear-up:
For best results, clean immediately
While the mat is warm, wipe mat down with clean damp cloth.
Use tongs or grilling gloves to avoid injury.
Once cool, wash mat in warm soapy water dry and store.
DO NOT use any abrasive pads or cleaning agents.
DO NOT fold or crease mat while storing.
