24/7 Monitoring of your existing AC Temperatures & Humidity
We are constantly looking for new ways to improve the quality of our Home Watch and we are very excited to announce this new service.
Why does it matter?
During July to September we experience the hottest months in Florida. Temperatures who put a lot of pressure on the Air Condition resulting in the #1 cause for our clients. Yet unexpected issues can occur, especially leaving the Air Condition unmonitored for 1-2 weeks. Therefore we advice our customers to monitor their Smart Wi-Fi Thermostat. But we understand not everybody has one installed.
Our Solution
We have been successfully testing a Live Camera View to monitor your current Temperature and Humidity inside the property. This gives us an 24/7 View to check on your AC even when were not on-site. This will result in a much faster response time avoiding any serious Air Condition damage, property damage such as mold and faster repair times.
Additional advantages
- When a camera goes unresponsive, we know your Internet Provider may have an issue or even a power outage.
- We are being notified when your pool service arrives and leaves. Checking on the consistency.
- Our system notifies us when a loud sound has occurred. This will give us an alert to check if anything has fallen or dropped down. Such as an item.
- Properties without an alarm system installed, we will be alerted when someone has or tried to break into your property. Only possible with this specific camera angle.
- During the emergency of an incoming Hurricane, we can place the camera with a view towards your outdoor screen cage. This is where the most damage occurs. Only possible with hurricane impact windows.
How do I get this?
We are happy to announce, this service will be added at free of charge for our existing customers! Excluding any customers who already have a Smart Wi-Fi Thermostat or do not have an active Internet Connection available during their absent. (Such as a vacation hold)
Note: Homelax stays committed to the privacy of our customers. This camera will be removed upon arrival and only added again after departure.
