It is a money saving plan with discounted pricing while you are away from your vacation home.
- Keep your Xfinity equipment in your home
- Keep your home phone number
- Keep your Comcast.net email address and access it anywhere with an email only Internet connection or upgrade to the Seasonal Internet Access connection to enable you to control home smart devices remotely.
- No changes of service can take place while your account is enrolled in the Seasonal Convenience Plan
How do I enroll in the Seasonal Convenience Plan?
Simply visit Comcast's provided website to sign up for their seasonal plan. We recommend to select their Internet plan to keep your Security Camera and Wi-Fi Thermostat running while putting your TV / Phone service on hold. This service will resume once you are returning back to your vacation home.
How do I cancel the Seasonal Convenience Plan?
As easy it is to set up the seasonal plan, the more difficult it is to cancel it. It will require a phone call to their dedicated season hold team at: 888-633-4266
Important to note: Once you cancel your plan earlier than your selected date, you won't be able to reactivate it.
